Unbelievable but true - we have now been in Hong Kong for 3 years! To celebrate the occasion we went for Champagne High Tea in the ShangriLa Lobster Bar on Saturday and to MinskWorld on Sunday. It was our first time to have High Tea with bubbles and probably not our last - Hong Kong does champagne well. From High Teas we went to the former glory of the High Seas - MinskWorld - a themepark on the former Russian fleet aircraft carrier Minsk. An amaying ship with awesome 1960's technology now sadly left to rust and wilter away as a bizarre themepark in Shenzhen - we are quite lucky it is so close :). Someone even made a little film about MinskWorld which gives you another glimpse in addition to our picutres:
